There are a few sites out there that will make a sig for you but they normally advertise their site or have adverts in them 

I'm always happy to make sigs for members if they want but it's always better if they know what they want kind of thing as Vicce did....Vicce' sig

it's cool, but i was looking for some you were using and most of them you have to pay for

I'm afraid they do yes but Adobe do offer a trial period buddie    But Cs4 complete collection will set you back around

omg that is expensive, all they care about is money isnt it   

wish i could make my own, but frankly i dont have the tools, or wouldnt know how to use em
