pb kicked for 0 mins possible fix

goto the pb web site and download the pbsec.htm file manually add this to your following folder.

c:\user\*****\app data\punkbuster\bf3

this forces your pb to use their latest security files to transfer data and should work helped me earlier but will test more later

also ive made sure that the two pba and pbb run as administrator seems to be working so far
