There is a useful Program around that allows you to see the read and write speeds of Hdds and SSDs.
I will put it up in the Downloads section as soon as I have finished this post.
Here is my SSDs speed chart
As you can see I am hitting 873.9 Mb/s Read and 865.9 Mb/s Write!!! Ouch thats quick.
And now my 2x 1Tb samsung spinpoint F3's in raid 0 Config!
Even in raid I can only get a max of 265.1 Mb/s Read and 278.5 Mb/s Write.
Thats amazing diffrence in speed. I was really stunned that there was such a big diffrence!!!
Anyone using a single F3 not raided up could do a test so that there is a comparison of the diffrence in raid and non raid setups!!!!
