as anyone who has played against/with me will tell you, i appear to be one laggy (naughty). That said, i doubt it would be driver or hardware related, and my ping/latancy is fairly good. Any thoughts whether this is caused by something else (ie ME) or any other ideas, lets have them.

Stupid question but you do have both power supplies plugged in on the GPU ?? also that card is recommend to have 480W just to run itself maybe bigger PSU needed as if your internet is that speed & stable and you have it plugged in with an RJ-45 then I cant see what else could be causing it !!!..

Only times ive seen lag like that has been down to those 3 things

Graphics , Power , Internet. that is what i would be looking into and if your card is plugged in then it aint that if that is a stable internet speed it aint that which leaves !. ?

Only other thing try turning settings down but i tel you now that card should run that game on full !.

Yes Frag i use a 1,000W supply and never had any issues even when running 3 of those cards you got at the moment i one 295GTX & 9800GTX+ as my physX card and my PSU runs it. PSU although they are say 600 watts it might only have to rails on it which mean you can max out one side !! more rails = better

Quote
Of recent, multi rail power supplies have been released which split their total ampage over several rails. This stops any noise from connected components (for example, the motherboard and graphics card(s) are on a separate circuit) this generally means that the rails are a little more stable.

Amps (A) are a measurement of the amount of electrical charge per second. Watts (W) are joules per second, while Volts (V) are electrical potential difference.

The watts of a power supply are worked out by all the volt rails x the amps per rail.

For example, the 12V rail may have a rated ampage of 10A, and so pumps 120W.

Components are often rated in watts. For example, a graphics card could pull 180W of power, which equates to 15A on the 12V rail. It
